Sierra Leone – The Auradicals Foundation for Democracy and Human Rights – Sierra Leone is the oldest chapter of the Foundation and constitutes the largest percentage of it’s membership. The Auradicals have made their mark in advocating for, and promoting social justice for all Sierra Leoneans. The organization has also been a major partner in national development, working with various governments and local communities to address national issues. It has provided support to the fight against corruption – one of the major cankerworms that have undermined development in Sierra Leone. The Foundation has worked with the diaspora chapters to support Sierra Leone’s health care system and national emergencies through the provision of material and financial support.
Its human rights platform has been robust and effective, and due to its diverse membership, the organization delivers fair and quality programs and services to all regions of Sierra Leone.
